Carers Club is the controller of any personal information you choose to share with us. You can reach us at hello@carersclub.co.uk.
This site is a single coming-soon page. It has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies.
The “Get in touch” form does not send anything to us automatically. When you press send, it opens your own email app with a draft message containing the name, email address and message you typed. Nothing is stored on this website. We only receive your details if you choose to send that email, and we then hold it in our email inbox.
We use the details in your email to reply to you and, if you have asked us to, to let you know when Carers Club launches. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by emailing us and by asking to be kept updated. You can withdraw it at any time.
Your message sits in our email provider’s systems so that we can read and reply to it. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing by anyone else.
We keep your email for as long as we need it to answer you or to send launch updates you asked for, and we delete it when you ask us to.
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent. Email hello@carersclub.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EU, you can complain to your local supervisory authority.
When Carers Club launches we will collect more information than this page describes, and we will update this notice before we do.
